Privacy Policy

1. Who processes your data
The data controller is UAB „Geoinžinerija“, company code 303106983, VAT code LT100007929219, address M. Sleževičiaus g. 7-102, LT-06326 Vilnius, Lithuania.

We process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania.
2. What data we collect
- Order form (technical specification): contact person's first name, last name, phone number and e-mail address; client and designer details (name, address, contacts, company or personal code); name, address, coordinates and technical data of the site under investigation; attached documents and comments.
- Enquiry form: name or company name, e-mail address, message and attached file.
- E-mail and telephone correspondence: the data you provide yourself.
- Technical data: IP address, browser information, time of visit and requested page (in server logs).
3. Purposes and legal bases

We do not send direct marketing without your consent, we do not sell data, and we do not make automated decisions that have legal effects on you.
4. Who receives the data
Data may be received only by persons and service providers who need it for the purposes stated:
- website hosting and e-mail service provider UAB „Interneto vizija“ (Lithuania);
- client and project management system provider Scoro Software AS (Estonia, EU);
- accounting, legal and IT service providers, where necessary;
- public authorities, where required by law.
Maps on the website are provided by OpenStreetMap, and some software libraries are loaded from jsDelivr and unpkg servers. These providers receive your IP address in order to deliver the content. Data is transferred outside the European Economic Area only where adequate protection is ensured (e.g. a European Commission adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses).
5. How long we keep the data
- enquiries and offers where no contract is concluded: 5 years from the last correspondence;
- contracts and related documents: 10 years after performance of the contract (in line with requirements for storing accounting documents);
- server logs: no longer than set by the hosting provider and necessary for security.
When the period expires, the data is destroyed or anonymised.
6. Your rights
You have the right to:
- access your data and obtain a copy;
- request the correction of inaccurate data;
- request erasure or restriction of processing;
- object to processing based on legitimate interest;
- receive your data in a structured format and transfer it to another controller;
- lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate (L. Sapiegos g. 17, LT-10312 Vilnius, vdai.lrv.lt).

7. Cookies
The website uses only strictly necessary cookies:

8. Data security
We apply organisational and technical measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration: the website runs over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and access to data is granted only to employees who need it for their work.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. The current version is always published on this page. In case of discrepancies, the Lithuanian version prevails.
